What’s Your Favorite Day To Enjoy A Party

April 18, 2015 by Joanne T Ferguson

I do hope you say Saturday as it’s the day to come to the Land Down Under and say G’day!

But, if you are like me, I LOVE to party on the days that end in Y and never need a excuse for a get together with friends or to host a theme party for fun!

Life’s simply too short not to enjoy for Chef Georgio aka hubby and me!

First of all, I’d like to thank everyone who is supporting the party and sharing in the party philosophy and having fun and sharing!

I am genuinely pleased that people are looking for to the parties in sharing their tutorials, DIY projects and favorite recipes!

People are now starting to bring their friends to the party too!

This party will always be about interaction and most importantly YOU!

Where did this week go?

Did you have the same type of week?

You start off with everything, okay most things planned and then as soon as the new week starts, there is always something that comes up unexpectedly and then you find yourself excitedly scrambling towards mid week and you can’t wait until Friday night which is Saturday here in Australia to relax, enjoy and party!

What have I been up to this week?

The week started off with lots of exciting projects and collaborations behind the scene that I can’t WAIT to share, but all in good time, but I am B-U-R-S-T-I-N-G to let you know!

I initially asked, “Could You Be The World Porridge Making Champion?” where not only did we learn together that the 22nd annual World Porridge Making Championships will be held in Scotland on October 10th this year, but I half-jokingly suggested I might submit my recipe!

I previously thought oats were “plain and bland,” and served like mush aka a sloppy soup!

Thanks to the Daring Kitchen Cooks Challenge, I created Joanna’s Healthy Pumpkin, Chia and Peanut Butter Porridge and shared the secret of making a good porridge!

The Daring Kitchen Cooks and The Daring Kitchen Bakers’ Challenges are held monthly worldwide!

Would you like to join us?

It was then I was invited to the I Love Cooking Clubs to welcome Chef Jacques Pepin “Bonjour Jacques Pepin!” in recreating one of his recipes!

Jacques Crusty Chicken Thighs with Mushroom Sauce was absolutely delicious and if truth be told, FANG aka me, “licked the plate,” in a fun sort of way!

Chef Jacques Pepin will be with us for 6 months and how excited was I to follow up and recreate Coquille St-Jacques – chef Jacques Pepin recipe for the Mystery Box Challenge at I heart Cooking Clubs aka IHCC!

Feel free to link up to THREE tutorials, DIY projects and favorites recipes!

Please don’t “DUMP AND RUN”….. and if VA’s are adding to the party, you ARE expected to interact, why not say G’day to the host and maybe you will make a new food friend along the way!

So without further ado, let’s P-A-R-T-Y!

If YOU could pick JUST ONE, what would it be?

Today YOU have my curiosity!

Go on, it’s all about fun, and you know you want to reply!

So, do you look forward to coming to the Say G’day Party?

What do you like most?

Please feel free to personal message me or e-mail me with constructive suggestions on how I can improve the party for you!
